LA TABLETTE LACHUÁ LAGUNA BY BENOÎT NIHANT
Made in the workshops of the Liège Chocolatier, this 70% grand cru bar is the result of a trip to the heart of a tropical forest in Guatemala. Guatemala's "Lachuá Laguna" is a crystal clear turquoise lake surrounded by tropical forest. It is also and above all a protected area, home to fully autonomous Maya Q’eqchi ’communities, thanks to their production of cocoa, honey, cardamom and corn. With its fruity notes with floral hints and touches of black tea, the precious bean unearthed by the Cacaofévier could only seduce its new ally, with its history and its uniqueness. The bet has been won, since this chocolate bar with sumptuous flavors quickly won over the Brussels Chef, to the delight of its creator.
ISABELLE ARPIN'S PEPSY ARPICHOC
Seduced, Isabelle Arpin could not stop there. Thus, she created a dessert directly inspired by this collaboration: Pepsy Arpichoc.
