RENE MOSS CABERNET FRANC
Trained by the great, Thierry Puzelat and Christian Chaussard, Agnès and René Mosse settled in Anjou in 1999. Over the years, they have established themselves as a sure bet for Anjou wines. Biodynamic agriculture, vinification banning interventionist oenology, the essential is done in the vineyard: in the cellar we sublimate but never correct. Little by little, the two sons, Sylvestre and Joseph, take over with the same philosophy. Bisou is a "Bourguignon" hug, spicy tenderness and cherry velvet. In short, it's fine, it's fresh, it's crunchy, quite simply good, and even better in a carafe.
